1. Digital Goods (eBooks & Website Templates)Due to the immediate access and nature of digital downloads, our premium website templates, educational eBooks, and document templates are generally non-refundable.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a 14-day “cooling-off” period to cancel a digital purchase. However, by proceeding with the immediate download or access of your digital product, you acknowledge and agree that you waive this 14-day cancellation right.
Exceptions:
We will issue a replacement or a full refund if the digital file is proven to be corrupt, faulty, or not as described, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase if you experience technical issues with your file.
2. Web Creation Services (WordPress, Shopify, & Wix)
Because our website design, development, and specialized portal setups are custom, labor-intensive projects, refunds are handled based on the stage of the project:

Before Work Commences: If you request a cancellation within 14 days of purchase and our team has not yet begun the discovery, wireframing, or design phases, you are entitled to a 100% full refund.

During the Project: Once work has started, a partial refund may be issued based solely on the percentage of work already completed. We bill for the time, strategy, and resources already allocated.

After Delivery/Approval: Once a website, custom system, or store migration has been completed, launched, or approved by the client, no refunds will be granted.
3. Digital Growth & Marketing Services
This includes our ongoing services such as Social Media Marketing, Marketplace Scaling (Amazon, Etsy, eBay), TikTok Ads, and Advanced Tracking (CAPI/GA4) setups.

Ongoing Retainers: Monthly marketing retainers are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started and work for that month has commenced. You may cancel your ongoing services at any time by providing us with the required notice outlined in your specific client agreement (typically 30 days) to prevent future billing.

One-Off Technical Setups: Standalone technical services, such as Meta Conversion API or Google Analytics 4 configurations, cannot be refunded once the technical implementation has been completed on your server or website.
4. Your Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law. We have a legal obligation to provide services with “reasonable care and skill” and ensure that digital products are “of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.” If you believe we have failed to meet these legal standards, please reach out to us immediately so we can rectify the situation through a repair, replacement, or appropriate refund.
