1. Delivery of Premium Digital Products
This includes our downloadable website templates, educational eBooks, and professional document templates.
Instant Access: Upon successful completion of your payment, you will instantly be redirected to an order confirmation page containing your secure download links.
Email Confirmation: You will also receive an automated email within 15 minutes of your purchase containing a receipt and backup links to download your digital files.
File Formats: Products will be delivered in standard, universally accessible formats (such as ZIP files for website templates or PDF for eBooks and documents).
If you do not receive your email within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting our support team.
2. Delivery of Web Creation ServicesThis applies to our custom WordPress, Shopify, and Wix design, development, and technical optimization services.
Project Timelines: Delivery times vary depending on the complexity of the project. Specific timelines (for example, a 10-15 day turnaround for in-depth manual code and performance audits) will be clearly outlined and agreed upon in your initial project proposal.
Staging & Review: During the development phase, we will provide you with a secure, private URL (staging environment) so you can view the progress of your website or custom portal in real-time.
Final Handover: Upon project completion and receipt of your final invoice payment, we will officially transfer ownership to you. This includes handing over all necessary login credentials, admin rights, and source files.
3. Delivery of Digital Growth & Marketing ServicesThis covers our ongoing services, including Social Media Marketing, Marketplace Scaling, TikTok Ads, and Advanced Tracking configurations.
Client Access Requirements: To deliver these services, we require collaborative access to your digital assets. During onboarding, we will guide you on how to securely grant us “Partner” or “Agency” access to your platforms (e.g., Meta Business Manager, Shopify Admin, Google Analytics 4, or Amazon Seller Central).
Campaign Delivery: Ad campaigns and social media content are delivered live on the respective platforms according to the content calendar and strategy agreed upon during your onboarding phase.
Reporting: Delivery for our marketing services also includes comprehensive performance reporting. Depending on your contract, you will receive digital reports (via email or a shared dashboard) on a weekly or monthly basis detailing your campaign ROI, tracking metrics, and audience engagement.
4. Technical Issues & Access SupportWe strive for a seamless digital delivery experience. However, if you experience a broken download link, lose your digital files, or have trouble accessing your newly developed website or client portal, we are here to help.
