  • Digital Products (Templates, eBooks, Documents): Processing is immediate. As soon as your payment is successfully completed at checkout, your order is processed automatically by our system.

  • Digital Services (Web Design, SEO, Marketing): Processing time for services begins once your initial invoice is paid and you have completed our onboarding requirements. Specific timelines for custom projects will be outlined in your individual project proposal.

  Because we deliver everything digitally over the internet, there are absolutely no shipping costs associated with any of our products or services.

  • Delivery Method: Secure digital download link, email transmission, or direct server upload (for web projects).

  
  3. Delivery Times

  • Instant Access: For all digital downloads, delivery is instantaneous. You will receive access to your files on the checkout confirmation page immediately after purchase.

  • Email Delivery: An automated email containing your download links and receipt will also be sent to your inbox within 10 to 15 minutes of purchase.

  • Service Delivery: Web development and marketing service delivery times vary by project scope (e.g., a custom WordPress site may take 3-4 weeks). These dates are mutually agreed upon before the project starts.

  
  4. International “Shipping” and Customs

  We happily serve clients globally! Because our products are digital, you can purchase and download our resources from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.
